Wir suchen ab sofort eine:n (Senior) Fullstack oder Backend Entwickler:in, der/die Lust hat uns bei dieser Vision zu unterstützen und gemeinsam mit uns die besten Events der Stadt zu entdecken.
Ob vor Ort in Köln oder remote - bei uns ist jedes Modell denkbar.

Deine Aufgaben

Als integraler Bestandteil unseres Tech-Teams bist du entscheidend an der technischen Weiterentwicklung und Innovation unserer Produkte beteiligt.
Du bringst dich aktiv mit neuen Feature-Ideen in unser Team ein
Du stehst für Code-Qualität und sorgst für eine saubere, zuverlässige und effiziente Codebasis
Du förderst und unterstützt unsere Junior-Entwickler:innen durch direkte Zusammenarbeit und Wissenstransfer
Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Codereviews, um das gemeinsame Lernen und die Qualitätssicherung im gesamten Team zu fördern

- React / React Native
- HTML / Tailwind CSS
- GitLab
- PostgreSQL

Dein Profil

Du verfügst über mehrjährige Entwicklungs-Erfahrung mit Django/Python. Zusätzliche Erfahrung mit React/React Native ist von Vorteil.
Git beherrschst du im Schlaf
Bei uns stehen deine Leidenschaft und dein Engagement im Vordergrund, nicht die Seiten deiner Zeugnisse
Du verfügst über eine analytische Denkweise und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte einfach darzustellen
Mit deiner verantwortungsvollen, zuverlässigen und selbstständigen Arbeitsweise arbeitest du dich schnell in neue Aufgaben und Systeme ein
Englische Kommunikation ist für dich kein Problem
Du hinterfragst bestehendes und bist motiviert sowohl deine eigenen Fähigkeiten als auch unser Unternehmen mit neuen Technologien voranzutreiben
Du bist kein Klischee-Nerd, sondern brennst für gute Erlebnisse und gehst gerne raus

We are currently looking for a (Senior) Fullstack or Backend Developer who would like to support us in this vision and discover the best events in the city together with us.
Whether on site in Cologne or remotely - any model is possible with us.

Your tasks

As an integral part of our tech team, you will play a key role in the technical development and innovation of our products.

You actively contribute to our team with new feature ideas

You stand for code quality and ensure a clean, reliable and efficient code base

You encourage and support our junior developers through direct collaboration and knowledge transfer

Participate in regular code reviews to promote shared learning and quality assurance across the team

Our tech stack:
- Django / Python
- React / React Native
- HTML / Tailwind CSS
- GitLab
- PostgreSQL

Your profile

You have several years of development experience with Django/Python. Additional experience with React/React Native is an advantage.

You are an expert in Git

We focus on your passion and commitment, not the pages of your certificates

You have an analytical mindset and the ability to present complex issues in a simple way

With your responsible, reliable and independent way of working, you quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks and systems

English communication is no problem for you

You question the status quo and are motivated to advance both your own skills and our company with new technologies

You are not a cliché nerd, but are passionate about good experiences and like to get out and about
